Grounded in the Essentials Support Services, Inc. is a 501(c)3, nonprofit organization that supports the development of children with special needs.

Our founder, Carol Phillips, established Grounded, Inc. in 2014 and has devoted her life to assisting children who receive special education services.

To teach lifetime solutions to individuals, their families, and community partnerships through evidence-based practices.
