Carol A. Phillips, Founder and Chief Executive Officer
Carol A. Phillips serves as our Founder and Executive Director. In this role, she organizes initiatives to connect with families and other organizations to support our mission.
Carol has served as a certified, special education teacher for thirty-six years. She has dedicated her life to serving families of children with special abilities. She has been a mentor to teachers in Missouri, Texas, and Mississippi. Ms. Phillips has successfully fostered children from residential centers in Dallas-Fort-worth area and served as a private tutor for many years. She has been acknowledged in working with behaviors and has gone exceeding beyond expectations with a special way of teaching academic skills for children with learning differences. Throughout her career she has received numerous awards for her excellence in teaching students with special abilities.
She enjoys drawing, creating academic boards, fashion, and working with special education students on essentials for a productive life in our society.
Carol earned a Bachelor of Science in Special Education from Mississippi State University and a Master of Education in Education Administration from Grand Canyon University.
